Privacy Policy

Breather does not collect, store, transmit or share any personal data.

Breather is made by Above AVG Inc. ("we"). The app makes no network connections, has no user accounts, and contains no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting code.

What stays on your Mac

Your break settings and daily statistics are stored only on your Mac, in the app's private container, and are removed when you delete the app. If you choose a custom sound file, Breather copies it into that same container.

Calls and meetings

To avoid interrupting calls, Breather checks whether your microphone or camera is currently in use by any app. It never records, accesses or processes audio or video, and this information never leaves your Mac.

Activity

To pause timers while you're away, Breather checks how long it has been since your last keyboard, mouse or trackpad input. It does not see which keys you press or what you do.
